ENERGY STAR provides tools, like Portfolio Manager, Target Finder, and the Building Upgrade Manual to help decision makers make the best use of their funding and minimize the cost and environmental impact of building operations. Both public- and private-sector organizations have realized energy savings of up to 40 percent using ENERGY STAR tools.
Colin Dunn
As a senior associate at The Cadmus Group, Colin Dunn gave a presentation at the recent Growing Sustainable Communities Conference in Dubuque, Iowa. Dunn presented on no-cost tools and resources available from ENERGY STAR to local governments and commercial building owners to help track and reduce energy use, prioritize investments, and demonstrate real savings over time. Dunn is currently a project leader at Noblis in the Washington D.C. metro area.
