DUBUQUE, Iowa -- Cartegraph, a provider of integrated government technology, announced its release of a new pair of community-based applications: REQUESTdirector and RESERVATIONdirector.
REQUESTdirector is a fully web-based 311/Citizen Request Management application that allows personnel and community members to easily report and track non-emergency issues and service requests. The application includes a corresponding public portal that allows community members to submit requests and view the status of open requests conveniently online.
RESERVATIONdirector is a fully web-based parks and recreation/community service department solution that simplifies the management of recreation facilities and programs. Along with management components and inventory tracking tools, RESERVATIONdirector offers online transactional capabilities, allowing the public to register and pay for programs and classes, and view and reserve facilities online.
In addition to a variety of automated data processing and management options, each application uses its own centralized database to give staff, managers and elected officials the ability to view and manage information in real-time from any internet or intranet connection. By combining ease-of-use and greater accessibility, the applications aim to decrease administrative inefficiencies, improve customer service and encourage regular use by members of the community.
REQUESTdirector and RESERVATIONdirector are each available as a Cartegraph-hosted or a client-hosted solution.
