Dubuque Conference Slated Oct. 2-3
Tracey Grose is research director at the Institute for the Future. She will deliver the luncheon keynote address at the 5th annual Growing Sustainable Communities Conference - Midwestern Region in Dubuque, Iowa on Oct. 3, 2012. Her presentation entitled Making the Future: Signs of Resilience and Growth in the Clean Energy Economy, will examine how pioneering public policies including energy efficiency standards, renewables portfolio standards, caps on greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle emissions standards are reshaping our nation in positive ways.
Bill O’Brien is senior advisor for program innovation at the National Endowment for the Arts. He is also an accomplished actor, having performed on professional stages in 48 states and appeared in numerous television productions.
Scot Wrighton is city manager of Lavasa, India, the first and largest post‐independence planned city in India.
