Is it the Future of Mass Transit?
CyberTran is short for cybernetic transportation, a system of lightweight computer-operated passenger cars powered by solar energy. More like a high-speed Disneyland ride than a traditional train, the autonomous rail cars stop only at the stations selected by passengers. Each car carries about 20 people.
